Wholesale Broker - Get Approved! - Step 2 of 2
Thank you again for your interest in American Home Equity Corp! Our Broker Approval department is now aware of your intent to become an Approved Partner. Now that we have your basic information, you can submit loans, lock loans, and draw docs. The funding of your loan will be subject to completion of the items mentioned below. All that we ask is that you download and completely fill out items 1-3 mentioned below and mail them to our corporate office at:

1. Download and complete our Wholesale Broker Agreement --> HERE
2. Download and complete our Wholesale Broker Package --> HERE
3. Download and complete an IRS W-9 Form --> HERE
FHA Sponsorship Information
If you are interested in FHA Sponsorship, please follow the additional parameters below:
Non-Approved Brokers
a. Complete items 1-3 above
b. Resumes for processing staff and state from owner addressing full time staff
c. Facilities evidence/statement from owner regarding office facility and evidence/photo of office space and signage
d. Copy of Quality Control plan
Currently Approved Brokers requesting FHA Sponsorship
a. Credit Report/minimum score of all principals 640/AHE to run
b. Resumes for principals, processing staff and state from owner addressing full time staff
c. Financial Statements
d. Evidence of License
e. State DBA Approval
f. Facilities evidence/statement from owner regarding office facility and evidence/photo of office space and signage
g. Copy of Quality Control plan
